Extra people above those included in minimum hire
$40 per person per night.
Day or Night guests
$25 per person for wedding/party functions This covers use of our facilities ie: toilets, electricity and kitchen.
Early check in &/or Late check out
Check in 3pm
Check out 11am.
When checking out on weekdays, our cleaners will usually arrive around 9am Early check in or late check out. $100 per hour or part thereof – when available.
Deposit Payable
$500 per stay ($1000 for sporting groups and where required)

Facility Charge
This charge applies in addition to the Accommodation Charge, $300 for cu1. This includes up to 6 hours cleaning at the end of your stay. Extra cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour.
Minimum rate per night
We charge a minimum accommodation charge of $1200. This includes up to 30 people staying (per night). Minimum 2 night stay on weekends [ie: Friday & Saturday Nights].
Public Holiday weekends Minimum Hire
$1600 This includes up to 40 people staying (per night).
Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends. 4 nights for Easter. Xmas and New Years vary – phone for details.

Catering Guide
We charge a base rate of $600 per stay, this covers set up and pack down, menu planning, dietary planning and overheads.
Plus a minimum charge of $1050 which includes up to 30 people – additional guests are charged at $35 per person per night.
This starts with afternoon tea on day 1 through to an early lunch on the last day. (this is one 24-hour period)
Special Dietary Requirements may be catered for with adequate notice. Surcharges may apply depending on how many and how complex.
