What linen do we need to bring?

All of our beds have a fitted sheet and mattress protector.

You will also need to bring towels and tea towels if you are planning to use the kitchen.

At cu1 you will need to bring all of your bedding, ie: pillows, sleeping bags, or sheet set and quilt if preferred.

At cu2 we also have quilts and pillows on the beds, so you can just bring a top and bottom sheet and a pillow case, or a sleeping bag and pillow case if preferred.

No, each of our properties are only hired by one group at a time.

How far to the beach and jetty?

cu@wallaroo is centrally located in the heart of town. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the beach, the jetty, the shops, the Wallaroo Museum, the bakery, etc.

Do you have airconditioning?

Yes! We have evaporative air con in the bedrooms. This will usually keep the whole property cool. We also have gas heating to both properties. The buildings are well insulated, with high ceilings and thick stone walls.

Where do we pick up keys?

We send you all of the information usually 2 days before you arrive.
This gives you everything you will need to access the property and use all equipment.

What happens if we only have 10 people?

That is simple. You just divide the minimum cost for your stay by 10.
With the quality of our facilities, it is still great value.

What cutlery, crockery, etc. is in the kitchen?

We have a very well-stocked, full commercial kitchen with all the utensils you should need to cater for up to 75 guests at cu1 and 30 guests at cu2. We also provide toilet paper, hand wash, paper towel, and dishwashing detergent.

Are tea and coffee provided?

Yes we provide a small amount of tea, instant coffee and sugar to get you started.
Both properties also have a standard Nespresso Pod Machine.
So, bring along your favourite pods, or you can easily pick up some across the road at Drakes!

What awards have you received?

Over the years, we have been awarded a Gold Medal in the South Australian Tourism Awards, as well as winning the Yorke Peninsula tourism awards.

We are also an Accredited Tourism Business.

This is our new online calendar. It is generally kept up to date. Please call if you have any questions.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

After you make a booking request, you then have 7 days until your $500 deposit is due.
Your booking will not be confirmed until your deposit is paid.
