| Facility charge | This charge applies in addition to the Accommodation Charge $300 for cu1. This includes up to 6 hours cleaning at the end of your stay. $200 for cu2. This includes up to 4 hours cleaning at the end of your stay Extra cleaning will be charged at $50 per hour. |
| Minimum rate per night | We charge a minimum accommodation charge of - cu1 - $1200 This includes up to 30 people staying (per night). cu2 - $800 This includes up to 20 people staying (per night) Minimum 2 night stay on weekends [ie: Friday & Saturday Nights] |
Public Holiday weekends Minimum Hire | cu1, $1600 This includes up to 40 people staying (per night). cu2, $1000 This includes up to 20 people staying (per night). Minimum 3 night stay on long weekends. 4 nights for Easter. Xmas and New Years vary - phone for details. |
Extra people above those included in minimum hire | $40 per person per night.

Day or Night guests [Not staying] | $25 per person for wedding/party functions This covers use of our facilities ie: toilets, electricity and kitchen. |
Early check in &/or Late check out | Check in 3pm When checking out on weekdays, our cleaners will usually arrive around 9am Early check in or late check out. $100 per hour or part thereof - when available. |

Linen Hire
| We can provide linen, it will come flat packed (in case you prefer a different room). includes pillows and cases, quilt and a top and bottom sheet, plus a towel. Single bed $20, double or queen, $30. need to pre-order at least 7 days before your stay. |

| Includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, Morning & Afternoon Tea | We charge a base rate of $300 per 24 hour day, this covers set up and pack down, menu planning, dietary planning and overheads. Minimum charge includes the first 30 people @ $35 = $1050 (plus base rate of 300- $1350) This starts with afternoon tea on day 1 through to an early lunch on the last day. (this is one 24-hour period) Our pricing is based on 2 24 hour periods.
Sample menus are $35 per person above the included 30 people. Gluten free, vegan etc surcharges apply. (depending on how many and how complex)
